If you use Mocklify on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Mocklify provides tools for creating mock APIs, managing workspaces, viewing logs, and testing integrations. These terms apply to both free and paid usage of the service.
If we have a separate written agreement with you or your organization, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.
We own the platform, brand assets, and software that make up Mocklify. You retain rights to the content you create in your workspace, subject to the permissions you grant us to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited by the applicable subscription terms or order form, if any.
